It's happening more and more these days.  You get called out as negotiator to respond to the scene of a barricaded person.  When you arrive you're advised that a first responder or a supervisor has already started a conversation with the bad guy on their personal cell phone. They've made contact, only you can't monitor, you can't record and everyone wants to know what's going on.    

    The Rescue Phone_® Cellular Response Console™ (CRC) is a compact portable unit designed specifically for those incidents.  While the first responder continues to communicate with the barricaded person, you place the Plantronics noise cancelling headset on the first responder.  Then connect the cell phone to the Cellular Response Console.  The cell call is instantly transferred through the console and the first responder continues without missing a beat.  Now you can record and allow additional personnel to listen in at the console. You may also wire out to the amplified speaker so command officers can monitor the conversation in real time from a distance.  

    The Cellular Response Console comes supplied with everything you need.  All of the components store in the case so there are no additional storage bags to lug around or lose.  Powered by its own rechargeable battery, it can also recharge the attached cell phone while it's in use.  Like all Rescue Phone products, it is easy to set up and no special training is required.  The CRC can also be used for pretext calls and in kidnapping applications.  With your cellular device attached it is a complete phone system.
